Henna - Special Needs the Dog needs a home


Henna was found emaciated and so overloaded with fleas she needed a transfusion! She is now in a wonderful foster home in PA who are working on helping her regain some much need pounds. She is a young terrier mix who is good with other dogs. She's nervous from her past life, but when approached slowly does well. .Henna is a very loving girl but she has had some rough patches in her life which have made her very cautious with new people and new dogs. She just needs a little extra patience to be able to come around to show you just how sweet she is and fun loving as well. She likes other dogs and enjoys play time with them, she just needs to do slow intros to know they are ok. Henna does experience seizures occasionally, which she takes medication daily but it doesn't hold her back in anyway from enjoying life.



Henna is a very loving girl. She loves to play roam the yard. She does well with other dogs, sometimes upon first meeting she can be a little growly but it is just her way of saying hello. She is just a sweet loveable girl who would love a person or family of her own.
